On-site parking is available, including two accessible parking spaces within a short distance from the main entrance. At this venue all entries are manually operated doors and are a minimum of 0.9 metres wide.

An accessible ramp leads from the accessible parking spaces to the front entry of the complex which is located at the Gager Street end of the venue. All access ramps and stairs have handrails and tactile ground surface indicators. The complex entry is through a black metal gate, and a swipe card or pin is required for access using the black card reader to the right of this gate. Alternate access is also available through a rear black metal gate located at the far end of the carpark. A swipe card or pin is required for access using the black card reader to the right of this gate.

Entering through the gate, the synthetic sports field is to the left and the community centre is to the right. A concrete footpath runs the full length of the field, separating the synthetic sports field and the community centre. Bench seating for spectators runs along the wall of the community centre, facing the sports field. Black chain link fencing surrounds the synthetic sports field, with a latched gate at each end of the field providing access from the concrete footpath.

The synthetic sports field features line markings for a full-sized soccer field or two futsal fields. The field also has retractable goals and netting, and field lighting is available in the evening.

A second brick building is located at the end of the concrete footpath which contains the field amenities and a canteen, which both have non-slip resin flooring throughout. Entry to the amenities is through a black metal door opening to a bank of centrally located hand basins, with combined unisex toilets and changing cubicles running the length of the far wall. The amenities also include an ambulant toilet with assistance rails, and a unisex accessible toilet with left hand transfer and baby change table. These toilets feature braille signage adjacent to or on each door.

Entry to the canteen is through a grey door located on the wall facing the community centre. This door can be accessed directly from the car park or by proceeding through the rear black metal gate located between the two buildings. A swipe card or pin is required to access the canteen using the black card reader to the right of the door.

The canteen has a servery window, facing the sports fields, with a black metal pull down shutter. Also included in the canteen is a double fridge, benchtop microwave, pie warmer, double sink, boiling and chilled water tap, wall mounted instant hot water unit and ceiling fans. The sink and servery bench are wheelchair accessible. This concludes the tour of the Sunnybank Synthetic Sports Field.
